Talk about Smart Cities
For the last decade, digital transformation in the Built Environment industry has had an overarching goal of sustainability and urban resilience. Krystal Allied Services Integrated Infrastructure and Digital Solutions team believe in knitting these goals together with the following four principles: Convenience, Customer Satisfaction, Secured Platform, and Seamless Inter-Operability.
Greenfield developments have been particularly successful, where an integrated approach and complementary eco-friendly design solutions have delivered effective results. However, cities already existing in a complex ecosystem are struggling to deliver quantifiable and visible outcomes regarding digital transformation. These cities face technical and cost challenges as they try to integrate legacy or incompatible aging infrastructure. Sustainable outcomes would require dealing with dynamic variables via analyzing contextual real-time information, shared sector-specific information, and operational technological (OT) systems.
In addition, a robust and stable communication infrastructure, and a unified platform are essential to facilitate the flow of data and information for effective and accurate decision making.
Krystal Allied Services capabilities encompass delivering digital master plans, blueprints and digital development framework for urban infrastructure projects. A key role in such projects is to engage with the client in identifying technical gaps for data collection, integration and interoperability. This further leads to the formulation of vision, goals and objectives, formulation of macro and micro KPIs, various architectures (with a particular focus on technical architecture for implementation purposes), business models and new revenue generators, technical solutions for various domains such as transport, energy, environment, utilities, and Application Programming Interface (API) integration. The Digital Master Plan is further tied up with a robust phasing, implementation strategy and rollout plan.
