Mr. Kapoor comes with an extensive experience of over 39 years in the MEP services in India and overseas. He has deep and broad knowledge of MEP services viz. electrical, HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, kitchen equipment, health club & gymnasiums, swimming pools, water bodies, laundry equipment, civil and interior works. He has been involved in Construction & Project Management of hotels, high rise buildings, car showrooms, palaces, housing complexes, shopping mall, IT parks and offices right from the concept to the completion stage, which includes – design review, space planning, services selection, material selection, installation, testing, commissioning and facilities management. He has worked in Prestigious Companies like Taj Mahal Hotel, Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), Palaces for Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi & Minister of Interior – UAE, to name a few.
